This is light pink-flowering form of lily-of-the-valley. The beautifully fragrant bell-shaped flowers appear in early spring amid erect and delicate lance shaped leaves.
A very suitable groundcover plant for woodland areas or that shady garden on the south side of the house. The foliage creates an interesting clump of nicely shaped leaves in the garden too.
This plant too can be grown in a pot. After the joy of flowering the leaves themselves make a nice out-door pot plant.
Grows approx. 15-20cm in height. Hardy and very easy to grow. For a nice plant avoid the full sun and anywhere hot and dry.
